Trophy Policy– This policy applies to trophies awarded to members for success in various post-B2 disciplines.
Life Member Policy– This policy outlines how an individual may be nominated for consideration as a life member of Croydon Dog Club, and current requirements for nominees.
Forms
Junior Member Agreement – This agreement must be signed by the parent, guardian or supervising adult of a Junior Member and returned to Croydon Dog Club before that Junior Member can participate in Croydon Dog Club activities.
Life Member Nomination Form– This form can be used to nominate an individual to life membership with Croydon Dog Club, in accordance with the requirements of the Life Membership Policy provided above.
